What the event page actually says
The 16 October saved teaser describes changes around the lobby, arenas, and capsules and hints at new faces. It does not identify characters, rewards, drop rates, or a code. Those hints are not a patch checklist.
Roblox renders event clocks for the viewer’s timezone. The times on this page are explicitly the UTC+8 display, not an unlabeled worldwide start date. Consult the event page for your local display and any schedule changes.
The Chinese label on the same page
With the Roblox UI in Chinese, the same event rendered as a Halloween update, part 1. The experience’s Chinese name on the game page is [💥] 动漫球对决. The event host is still King Games TD.
